Lumera approached us at a pivotal moment in their growth — expanding from a local med spa to a boutique brand positioned as a regional leader in advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments. While their in-clinic services reflected high-end precision and care, their previous website and branding felt outdated, generic, and lacking the personality and polish required to speak to modern, beauty-savvy clientele.
The biggest challenge was crafting a digital identity that blended clinical expertise with elegance, without tipping too far into sterile medical minimalism or beauty cliche. We needed to position Lumera as a trustworthy, transformative, and luxurious experience, with design and messaging that could scale with the brand as it grew.
Our primary objective was to craft a digital experience that reflected Lumera’s values and positioned them as leaders in boutique aesthetic medicine. The project aimed to deliver a timeless visual identity that could confidently stand alongside premium skincare and med spa competitors, while also feeling approachable and trustworthy to their core demographic. The website needed to support conversion through strategically placed CTAs and streamlined navigation, while also educating new clients about the advanced treatments available.
Beyond aesthetics, performance and usability were a priority — the new site had to be fully responsive, optimized for mobile-first interaction, and flexible enough to scale as Lumera's service offerings and brand reach grew. From typography and brand voice to service page layouts and testimonials, every element was designed to bring clarity, credibility, and cohesion to the Lumera experience.
We started by defining the brand’s visual tone — creating a minimal wordmark and building a color palette that balanced clinical clarity with soft elegance. From there, we developed a clean, modular UI system with intentional spacing and typography to emphasize luxury and trust.
On the content side, we restructured the messaging to focus on transformation, not just treatment. Every headline, CTA, and service page was written to inspire confidence and clearly communicate value.
The final site was built with responsive design, fast performance, and a flexible CMS. We also integrated testimonial modules, a social feed, and strategic booking CTAs across the experience.
