Affiliate Terms.
These terms apply to any approved affiliate relationship with LER Web Services.

The public affiliate page explains the types of relationships LER Web Services may consider. Participation is never automatic: an affiliate relationship begins only after LERWS approves it and confirms the applicable commercial terms in writing.
1. Approval and eligibility
Participation requires written approval from LER Web Services. We may approve, reject, pause, or remove an affiliate at our discretion. Approval does not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint-venture, or authority-to-bind relationship. Affiliates may not represent that they speak for LERWS or that a referral is guaranteed to be accepted.
2. Honest promotion
Affiliates must use accurate, lawful, and current information. Do not promise rankings, revenue, project scope, availability, pricing, discounts, turnaround times, or results unless LERWS has confirmed the statement in writing. Do not use misleading advertising, impersonation, spam, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or paid search campaigns that bid on LERWS brand terms without written permission.
3. Disclosure and brand use
Affiliates are responsible for making any disclosure required by law, platform rules, or the expectations of their audience. Use only links, logos, copy, screenshots, and other materials that LERWS has approved. We may ask an affiliate to correct or remove any promotion that is inaccurate, outdated, confusing, or harmful to a client or the LERWS brand.
4. Referral tracking and attribution
A referral is eligible only when it follows the approved referral path, can be reasonably attributed to the affiliate, and becomes a paying client under the applicable written arrangement. Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, existing client introductions, fraudulent activity, spam, unapproved couponing, and referrals that do not meet the written qualification event are not eligible unless LERWS approves an exception in writing. We may resolve attribution conflicts using our records and reasonable judgment.
5. Rewards and payment
Commission rates, store credit, qualification requirements, attribution windows, payout timing, minimum thresholds, payment method, refund treatment, and any applicable taxes must be stated in the affiliate approval or written program terms. No reward is earned until the stated qualification event occurs and any review period ends. Affiliates are responsible for accurate payment information and their own taxes.
6. Agency partner relationships
An agency partner relationship is not automatically an affiliate relationship. If the parties will share delivery, client communication, strategy, project management, billing, or support, those responsibilities and commercial terms must be agreed separately. A referral reward does not grant a partner client ownership, delivery authority, or permission to make commitments for LERWS.
7. Conflicts and client care
Affiliates must disclose any material relationship or incentive when introducing LERWS. Do not submit a client or prospect without an appropriate introduction, consent, or business context. LERWS may decline a referral, pause contact, or change the proposed scope when that is appropriate for the client or the business relationship.
8. Changes and termination
LERWS may change, pause, or end an affiliate program or an individual affiliate relationship. We may withhold or reverse an unpaid reward connected to fraud, inaccurate claims, returns, nonpayment, duplicate attribution, policy violations, or a referral that later fails the written qualification requirements. Ending participation does not remove obligations that by their nature should continue, including confidentiality, truthful promotion, payment records, and dispute handling.
9. Questions and conflicts
If an affiliate is unsure whether a promotion, referral, incentive, or client arrangement is allowed, contact LERWS before publishing or promising it. If these standard terms conflict with a later written approval or program-specific agreement, the more specific written agreement controls for that relationship.
