Affiliate Terms.

LER Web Services may not currently operate a public affiliate program. These terms are available for approved or future affiliate relationships.

Eligibility

Participation requires written approval from LER Web Services. We may approve, reject, pause, or remove affiliates at our discretion.

Promotion standards

Affiliates must use honest, accurate, and lawful promotion. Affiliates may not make guarantees about rankings, revenue, timelines, pricing, availability, discounts, or results unless LER Web Services has approved that claim in writing.

Tracking and attribution

Commissions or rewards, if any, are available only for properly tracked and approved referrals that become paying clients under the applicable affiliate arrangement. Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, spam, fraud, and existing client introductions are not eligible unless approved in writing.

Payment

Commission rates, payout timing, minimum payout thresholds, taxes, and payment methods must be stated in the affiliate approval or written program terms. Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes and required payment information.

Termination

LER Web Services may end affiliate participation for any reason, including inaccurate claims, spam, brand misuse, legal risk, conflict of interest, or conduct that could harm clients or the LER Web Services brand.
