Customer Referral Program Terms.
These terms explain how referrals are handled when LER Web Services offers a customer referral program.

Referral rewards should be confirmed in writing before a referral is submitted. No reward is guaranteed unless the referral qualifies under the active program terms.
Eligible referrals
A referral may qualify when a current or past client introduces a new prospect that LER Web Services does not already know, the prospect becomes a paying client, and the referral is documented before the prospect signs.
Excluded referrals
Referrals may be excluded if the prospect is already in conversation with LER Web Services, is an existing or former client, was introduced by another source first, is a self-referral, or does not become a paying client.
Rewards
Referral rewards may be issued as account credit, gift card, discount, cash payment, or another benefit stated in writing. Reward type, timing, and amount depend on the active referral terms and the referred project.
Compliance
Participants must disclose referral incentives when required by law, platform rules, or professional standards. Referrals must not be submitted through spam, misleading claims, or unauthorized use of another person's information.
Changes
LER Web Services may modify, pause, or end the referral program at any time. Changes do not create a right to rewards for referrals that did not qualify before the change.
