Customer Referral Program Terms.
These terms explain how customer referrals are submitted, tracked, qualified, and rewarded by LER Web Services.

The active offer is the offer shown in the customer portal when you share your link. The standard customer program currently provides a discount to the new client's first eligible project and store credit to the referring customer after the qualifying payment clears. Rewards are not guaranteed unless every requirement below is met.
1. Program purpose and acceptance
The Customer Referral Program lets eligible LER Web Services customers introduce a new person or business that may need website design, development, maintenance, growth work, or related services. By sharing a referral link, submitting a referral, or using a referral credit, you agree to these terms and the active offer displayed in the portal.
2. Who may participate
Participation is generally available to an active LER Web Services customer with an eligible portal account. LER Web Services may limit, approve, pause, or remove participation when necessary to protect customers, prevent abuse, or manage the program. Employees, contractors, and other parties may participate only with written approval.
3. What counts as an eligible referral
A referral must be a genuinely new prospect who is not already an LER Web Services customer, former customer, active lead, proposal recipient, or known opportunity. The prospect must use the referring customer's link or code before submitting a project request, and the prospect must become a paying customer through an eligible first project. The first documented referral generally controls when more than one person refers the same prospect.
4. Customer and referrer benefits
The new customer receives the active first-project offer shown in the portal, subject to project approval, scope, minimums, and any written quote. The referring customer receives the active store-credit amount shown in the portal after the referred customer's qualifying payment is processed. Store credit is an account benefit for future LER Web Services work; it is not cash, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless LER Web Services agrees otherwise in writing.
5. Timing and qualification
A referral is captured when it is recorded in LER Web Services systems, but capture alone does not create a reward. LER Web Services may review the prospect, project, payment, and attribution before applying a benefit. Subscription-only items, recurring services, duplicate submissions, refunded or reversed payments, unpaid invoices, and projects that do not meet the active offer are not eligible unless approved in writing.
6. Exclusions and prohibited activity
Self-referrals, referrals for an existing or former customer, referrals made after the prospect is already in active discussions, and referrals submitted through misleading claims do not qualify. Participants may not use spam, purchased lists, deceptive advertising, fake accounts, unauthorized personal information, brand impersonation, or paid search terms that imply LER Web Services sponsorship without permission.
7. Honest promotion and disclosure
Participants must describe LER Web Services and the referral offer accurately. If a participant receives an incentive, the participant must disclose that relationship wherever required by law, platform rules, or professional standards. Participants are responsible for the content and channels they use to make a referral.
8. Credit adjustments, taxes, and records
LER Web Services may correct, reverse, or withhold a credit when a referral is later found to be ineligible, a payment is refunded, or program abuse is suspected. Participants are responsible for keeping their contact and payment information current and for any tax reporting or obligations associated with a reward.
9. Changes and termination
LER Web Services may change the active offer, eligibility rules, tracking method, or program availability at any time. A change normally applies to referrals submitted after the change. LER Web Services may end a participant's access or the program itself for any lawful reason, including abuse, inaccurate promotion, legal risk, or a change in business plans.
10. Questions and conflicts
Program decisions are made using the records available to LER Web Services and are final unless we agree to review a specific issue. Questions about a referral should be sent to LER Web Services before the prospect signs or pays. These program terms supplement the applicable service terms; if there is a conflict, the written project agreement controls the project and these terms control the referral benefit.
