Subprocessors.
LER Web Services uses a limited set of vendors to help operate the business, deliver websites, support clients, and maintain reliable project workflows.
Last updated June 20, 2026
A final vendor list should be reviewed before go-live if the public site needs named subprocessors for a specific compliance program.
How subprocessors are used
Subprocessors may provide infrastructure, hosting, DNS, content delivery, security, email, form routing, analytics, payment, accounting, project management, support, file storage, communication, and development tooling.
Typical categories
Current or future vendor categories may include:
- Website hosting and server infrastructure
- Domain, DNS, CDN, and security services
- Email delivery, form handling, and CRM tools
- Analytics and website performance tools
- Payment, billing, invoicing, and accounting tools
- Project management, documentation, and support systems
- Design, development, testing, and backup tools
Vendor review
LER Web Services selects vendors based on business need, reliability, security posture, and fit for the service being provided. We avoid giving vendors access to client data unless access is necessary for the service or requested support.
Changes
Subprocessors may change as tools, hosting providers, or service requirements change. Clients with a written agreement that requires advance notice should follow the notice process stated in that agreement.
Questions
If your project requires a named subprocessor list, data residency review, vendor questionnaire, or security documentation, raise that requirement before work begins so it can be scoped properly.
