Good project communication is mostly about removing guesswork. You should know what is being worked on, what we need from you, what is waiting for review, and what happens next.
The default communication rhythm
Most day-to-day updates happen through email, WhatsApp, or Asana. We choose the channel around what is easiest for the client and what the project needs.
Email works well for decisions, approvals, recap notes, contracts, invoices, and anything that should be easy to search later. WhatsApp works well for quick questions, urgent clarifications, and fast review notes.
For larger builds, we use Asana or a shared board so tasks, dependencies, due dates, and review items stay visible.
What we ask from you
We keep requests specific: content, assets, account access, approvals, feedback, or business context. You do not have to translate everything into technical language.
When feedback is needed, the most useful notes are tied to a page, section, screenshot, or business rule. "Change the homepage headline to focus on booking" is easier to act on than a vague preference.
If a decision affects budget, schedule, scope, or launch risk, we call that out directly before proceeding.
Tools we can work inside
We commonly work with WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix Pro, custom themes, GitHub, analytics tools, booking tools, and CRM or automation systems.
For code-heavy work, GitHub may be used for version control and review. For client-facing work, we keep the process simple and avoid making you manage tools you do not need.
If you already have a preferred process, we can usually adapt as long as approvals, access, and launch responsibility remain clear.
How decisions stay clean
We separate preferences from requirements. A requirement affects business function, compliance, user trust, or launch readiness. A preference affects taste or presentation.
That distinction keeps the project moving without ignoring details. We will push for clarity when a choice changes performance, accessibility, maintenance, or user behavior.
The goal is not more meetings. The goal is fewer surprises.
Working together
Keep the project easy to manage.
Tell us your preferred channel at kickoff. We will keep the workflow simple and make sure important decisions are captured where they can be found.
