Clear billing starts before the invoice. We define the work, price it plainly, and separate included scope from new requests so projects stay fair and predictable.

Project pricing

For project work, we confirm the scope before work begins. That means pages, features, integrations, content responsibilities, review rounds, launch support, and any known constraints.

If something is uncertain, we name the uncertainty instead of hiding it. Some work needs discovery, access review, or technical audit before an accurate estimate is responsible.

Deposits, milestones, and final payment terms are handled clearly in the proposal or invoice.

Ongoing plans

Ongoing plans are billed predictably and tied to the level of support needed: maintenance, updates, backups, monitoring, edits, support requests, or retained development time.

The goal is not to sell unnecessary support. The goal is to match the plan to the operational importance of the website.

A brochure site, active lead-generation site, WooCommerce store, and custom portal do not need the same care plan.

Change requests

A change request is any new work that was not included in the original scope or that changes an approved direction after work has been completed.

Small changes may be handled inside the project if they do not affect schedule, complexity, or deliverables. Larger changes are estimated before we proceed.

We will tell you when a request changes cost or timeline. That keeps the relationship clean.

Invoices and the portal

Invoices and account information are available through the client portal when applicable. The portal gives a central place for billing, support, and account visibility.

If you need a copy of an invoice, a billing contact changed, or a payment method needs review, contact us through the portal or direct support channel.

For finance or procurement teams, we can provide the practical details needed to process the invoice.
