Faster access to urgent care and telehealth.

A patient-friendly website for TNC Walk In Clinic in Tampa: urgent care, telehealth, online check-in, and clearer payment paths, built so patients know where to go next.

Make the next step obvious for a patient in a hurry.

Patients deciding where to go need three things fast: what the clinic treats, whether they can be seen now, and how to check in or pay. We shaped the site around that order, with a calmer hierarchy and clearer trust cues.

Urgent care, telehealth, and the list of conditions treated now share one structure, so a first-time visitor can scan the offer without digging.

What had to change.

  • The offer needed to be easier to scan for first-time patients.
  • Telehealth and walk-in care needed equal, clear entry points.
  • Check-in and payment had to be easy to find on a phone.
  • The site needed a structure that could carry new conditions, content, and campaigns.

Screens

Every page, one system.

Home, telehealth, conditions treated, payment, and contact share one hierarchy, so a patient moves from symptom to visit in a few scrolls.

The same clarity on a phone.

Most patients arrive on a phone: the services, the telehealth option, and the check-in call to action keep the same order on mobile.

Outcome.

TNC Walk In Clinic now has a clearer digital front door: stronger hierarchy, clearer trust cues, and a direct path from symptom to visit.

The work brought healthcare web design, online check-in UX, and payment presentation into one consistent patient-facing experience.

How this one came together.

The four steps behind this build, and what each one had to settle.

  1. Step 01

    Discovery

We clarified the audience, the care options, and the practical questions the website needed to answer.

  2. Step 02

    Page structure

We organized the page flow around care clarity, trust, and the next action a patient should take.

  3. Step 03

    Responsive design direction

We shaped the visual system and core screens so the experience holds up on desktop and on the phones most patients use.

  4. Step 04

    QA and refinement

We reviewed consistency, responsive behavior, and the check-in and payment paths before handoff.
