About the project

Zenova needed to turn scattered client workflows into a cohesive B2B workspace while establishing a visual identity that could stand out in a crowded SaaS market.

Ler Web Services designed the brand system and dashboard interface around clarity, organization, and a warmer client-collaboration experience.

Challenge

Zenova needed to turn scattered client workflows, spreadsheets, messages, and account tasks into a cohesive B2B workspace.

The challenge was designing a system that felt structured and intuitive while giving the product a distinct identity in a crowded SaaS market.

Deep product blues, vivid violet, and clean off-white create a SaaS system that feels organized, modern, and collaborative.

The typography pairing supports strong headlines, readable body copy, and a flexible voice that can scale from campaign moments to product detail pages.

The direction we took

Our approach started with understanding how Zenova’s users actually worked—what they needed from the dashboard day-to-day, and how brand trust plays a role in digital product experience. From there, we established two core objectives: to design a clean, modular interface that simplified task and communication flows, and to create a visual identity that projected confidence without coming across as sterile or overly corporate. Everything—from the gradients and typography to the layout of core features—was shaped by those goals.

Our process

We treated Zenova as a product-led identity and dashboard experience, combining strategy, brand direction, and interface design into a clearer collaboration tool.

The Solution

The Solution

We began by developing a brand identity system that could live comfortably across both product and marketing surfaces. The new logo strikes a balance between motion and precision, paired with a modern serif and geometric sans serif to build a visual language that feels both high-end and tech-forward. With the foundation in place, we moved into product design—crafting a custom dashboard interface tailored to Zenova’s use cases. The dashboard includes real-time task tracking, an integrated calendar, shared file system, and messaging—all wrapped in a clean, intuitive UI. We delivered a full design system in Figma, complete with reusable components and developer-ready specs, ensuring that Zenova could scale with consistency.
